Jannik Nowak

Jannik Nowak (* 1985 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Jannik Nowak, who grew up in Hamburg, took part in the career orientation project “Theater-Total” in Bochum in 2005/06 . From 2006 to 2010 he completed his acting studies at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater (HMT Leipzig) in Leipzig . He made his acting diploma with distinction.

During his studies at the HMT Leipzig, he was a member of the Chemnitz Theater studio for several years from 2008 to 2010 . There he played various smaller, but also larger roles, including a. Peter in Die Zoogeschichte , Alexander Schmorell in a play about the White Rose and the life saver Joachim in Faith, Love, and Hope . He had his first permanent theater engagement from the 2010/11 season at the Schauspiel Essen . There he played u. a. the title role in Kleist's play Prince Friedrich von Homburg or the Battle of Fehrbellin . He also took over the prince in the fairy tale play The Little Mermaid , where he played under the direction of Martina Eitner-Acheampong .

In 2015 he appeared for the first time at the Gandersheim Cathedral Festival , as Petrus in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar . In 2015 and 2016 he took on the role of Erich Collin in the musical play The Comedian Harmonists .

From October 2015 he appeared in the 2015/16 season at the Staatstheater Darmstadt as Karl Moor in Schiller's early work Die Räuber .

In January and June / July 2016 he played one of the main roles in a stage version of B. Traven's novel Das Totenschiff at the Lichthof Theater in Hamburg as Kurt von Memel . The staging of Das Totenschiff was awarded the Rolf Mares Prize of the Hamburg theaters in 2016 in the “Best Staging” category.

In the 2016/17 season he took over the title role as kangaroo in the satirical play Die Kangaroo Chronicles by Marc-Uwe Kling at the Altona Theater from September 2016 . In the 2016/17 season he appeared as Harry Frommermann in Die Comedian Harmonists at the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau .

After playing several theater roles, he received his first television role in 2014 in the ARD - Telenovela Rote Rosen , in which he could be seen from October 2014 to July 2015 as Fabian Voss, the son of the series protagonist of the 11th season Sebastian Voss ( Klaus Zmorek ) was.
