Jardin Exotique ( Monegasque Giardin esoticu ) is a district ( French quartier ) in the Principality of Monaco . It was created in 2013 from the merger of the previously independent districts of La Colle and Les Révoires . The newly created city district has an area of ​​0.23 square kilometers (23.49 hectares). It borders on the Monegasque boroughs of Les Moneghetti , La Condamine and Fontvieille and on the French municipalities of Cap-d'Ail and Beausoleil .
