Le Portier is a district under construction ( French quartier ) in the Principality of Monaco on the Côte d'Azur . It is to be created through land reclamation northeast of the port ( Port Hercule ) and will border the urban districts of Monte-Carlo in the west and Larvotto in the north.
When it is planned to be completed in 2025, the new district, also known as Portier Cove , should have 1,000 residents.
