Jasmin Men (* 24. December 1978 as jasmine Jennewein in Dusseldorf ) is a German television actress and pop singer . Her original stage name was Toy , under which she started a singing career as a nude singer in Mallorca. Under the artist names (Mallorca) Haidie and Jasmin Prinz there was a change of image to the Schlager singer. In 2014 she made a comeback as a nude singer as Jazmin . She currently appears as the pop singer Jasmin Herren .

Career

As a premature baby, Herren was given up for adoption by her 18-year-old mother († 2018) in the hospital. She doesn't know her father. Her grandparents adopted her. At the age of five she received early musical training from them and learned the piano and violin as well as basic knowledge of singing and acting. During her training as a make-up artist, she performed in discos to make a name for herself as a singer. In 2004 she was brought on stage by Jürgen Drews in a large-capacity disco in Cologne , making her first appearances on Mallorca a. a. im Bierkönig followed. With her manager at the time, Udo Borges, she developed the project “First nude singer worldwide” under the artist name Toy .

In 2006 she took part in the program Der Container Exklusiv , which she left voluntarily after five weeks. From May to October 2006 she was in a relationship with the event manager Michael Ammer . Also in 2006 she applied for Big Big World by Emilia at Deutschland sucht den Superstar , where she was eliminated in the first round at the casting.

In 2008 there was a change of musical image to the alpine pop singer. Together with Gottlieb Wendehals , she released a new edition of his hit Polonäse Blankenese as Haidie . In 2010 she changed her stage name to Jasmin Prinz , under whom she also released the album Maybe to the Moon in 2011 with the record service provider Com-Es Musik.

In August 2009 she married the hotel owner Marco Gülpen in Cologne. Together, the couple participated in TV shows such as Frauentausch and Goodbye Deutschland! The emigrants took part. In October 2016, the couple publicly announced their separation.

In 2014 she celebrated her comeback as the nude singer Jazmin in Bierkönig , which was documented by taff in a weekly series. She performed there regularly until 2017.

She has been in a relationship with Willi Herren , whom she married in July 2018, since 2017 . Together, the couple took part in the fourth season of The Summer House of the Stars - Clash of Celebrity Couples .
