Jasmin Madeleine El-Tawil (* 15. July 1982 in Berlin as jasmine Madeleine Weber ) is a German musician and actress .

life and career

At the age of 12 she sang in the band of her school, the Friedrich-Ebert-Oberschule in Berlin-Wilmersdorf , and discovered her love for the stage. In front of 1,800 spectators, she took third place out of 280 participants in the Talent Award Berlin singing competition run by the radio station Kiss FM and the television station MTV .

She gained her first camera experience as a leading role in a commercial for the Wöhrl department store. Then she got a role in the first music video from Ich + Ich : Are you feeling better? , in the video for From the Same Star and in the video for When I'm Dead . At the YOU youth fair in Berlin, she presented for the TV channel VIVA . Until 2003 she worked at Café Josty , an artist café in Berlin's Sony Center .

From 2005 to March 2008 Jasmin Weber played the role of Franziska Reuter in Good Times, Bad Times , initially as a supporting role, from mid-2006 as a leading role.

Jasmin Weber organized fashion shows and other events for the Berlin model agency You. In the editorial office of Radio Paradiso, she prepared programs and interviewed celebrities. After GZSZ she worked as a musician until 2018 and among other things wrote the song Dunkelheit of her ex-husband Adel Tawil .

She was in a relationship with Adel Tawil for 13 years and was also married to him for three years until the separation in 2014. In the summer of 2019, Jasmin Tawil became the mother of a son.
