Jasmine Trinca

Jasmine Trinca (born April 24, 1981 in Rome ) is an Italian actress .

Life

Jasmine Trinca made her debut in the 2001 film drama My Son's Room, directed by Nanni Moretti , at the side of Nanni Moretti and Laura Morante . She was able to assert herself as one of over 2500 applicants in the casting . After filming, she graduated from high school and began studying archeology and art history . However, she did not complete her studies and henceforth concentrated on her acting career. Although she has no evidence of any acting training, she has since starred in films such as The Best Years , The Italian and House of Sin , for which she has received prizes such as the Marcello Mastroianni Prize , the Shooting Star and the Chopard Trophy .

In 2017 Trinca was appointed to the competition jury of the 74th Venice International Film Festival .

She has been the mother of a daughter since 2009.
