Jay Hart

Jay Hart (* 20th century ) is a production designer who has been in the film business since 1992.

Life

His first job in film as a set decorator was in the 1992 movie Wayne's World , followed by Fists - You Must Fight for Your Rights . At the 1998 Academy Awards , Hart and Jeannine C. Oppewall received a nomination in the Best Production Design category for LA Confidential , but had to admit defeat to the Titanic production designers . The following year, the two received at the Academy Awards 1999 for their scenographic achievements in the film Pleasantville - Too good to be true again a nomination, but this time too they couldn't prevail against the competition.

For Black Panther , he and Hannah Beachler received the Oscar in the category Best Production Design .
