Jean-Clotaire Tsoumou-Madza (born January 31, 1975 in Brazzaville ) is a former Congolese football player. From 2002 to 2004 he played with Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2nd Bundesliga and in the 1st Bundesliga .

In 2002 he moved from FC Oberlausitz Neugersdorf to Eintracht Frankfurt for € 25,000 . He is the uncle of Juvhel Tsoumou .
