Jean-Louis Prianon
Jean-Louis Prianon (born February 22, 1960 in Saint Joseph , Réunion ) is a former French long-distance runner .
Life
Over 10,000 m he was eighth at the European Athletics Championships in 1986 in Stuttgart, ninth at the 1987 World Athletics Championships in Rome and fourth at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul. In 1989 he won bronze at the Francophonie Games , in 1990 he finished 13th at the European Championships in Split .
In 1989 he won the Le Lion half marathon , and in 1992 he finished eighth in that race. The following year he won the Corrida de Langueux and came in 85th place in his last international appearance at the Half Marathon World Championships in Brussels .
In 1985 and 1990 he was national champion over 5000 m , 1985 and 1986 over 10,000 m. He won a medal twice at the World Cross Country Championship with the French team: bronze in 1988 in Auckland with his best individual placement (17th place) and silver in 1992 in Boston with 45th place in the individual ranking.
