Jean-Luc Bideau (born October 1, 1940 in Geneva ) is a Swiss actor.

Life

Jean-Luc Bideau completed an acting degree in Paris and soon appeared on the most famous theaters in the French capital. From 1965 he also made movies. Bideau, who usually embodied thoughtful, eccentric or bizarre personalities, worked primarily with the Swiss directors Alain Tanner , Claude Goretta and Michel Soutter during this period . In later career, Bideau was mainly active in France, mostly not in mainstream cinema and mainly in larger supporting roles.
