Jean Esprit Isnard
Jean Esprit Isnard (born January 22, 1707 in Bédarrides , Département Vaucluse , † March 16, 1781 in Tarascon , Département Bouches-du-Rhône ) was a French Dominican and organ builder of the 18th century .
Isnard worked mainly in the Abbey of Sainte-Madeleine in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume in the Var department , where he created the great organ in 1773 , which is one of the most important instruments of the Baroque era . Little is known about his life.
