Jefferson Marques da Conceição , called Jéfferson Feijão , (born August 21, 1978 in Belo Horizonte , Minas Gerais ), is a former Brazilian football player .
Jéfferson Feijão began his career at the Cruzeiro EC from Belo Horizonte . At the age of 23 he moved to Portugal for the first time abroad . He only played one season here and then went back to Brazil. Two years later he went to South Korea and Japan , again only for one season. After another three years at home, the player found employment in clubs from the People's Republic of China .
