Jennison Heaton
Jennison Heaton (born April 16, 1904 in New Haven , Connecticut , † August 6, 1971 in Burlingame , California ) was an American bobsleigh and skeleton driver .
Heaton was the first Olympic champion in skeleton . He won the gold medal at the 1928 Olympic Games in St. Moritz ahead of his younger brother John , who won the silver medal. Jennison won by just a second over John. Also in St. Moritz, Jennison Heaton piloted a USA team to the silver medal in the five-man bobsleigh competition.
