Jens Ivar Patrik Brännlund (born June 2, 1981 in Sollefteå ) is a former Swedish ski jumper .

Career

Brännlund, who started for the club in his hometown, the Sollefteå GIF , made his international debut in the 1998/99 season in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . He achieved 15 points in his first season and thus ranked 127th overall. On August 5, 2000, he started as part of the team in the team competition as part of the Ski Jumping Grand Prix in Hinterzarten . The Swedish team reached eleventh place on the normal hill.

On February 2, 2001, Brännlund also started in a team competition for the first time in the ski jumping World Cup . In Willingen he finished tenth with the team. Three weeks later he was part of the team for the Nordic World Ski Championships 2001 in Lahti . The team achieved tenth place in both competitions. On March 7, 2001, he started his only individual World Cup in Falun , where he just missed the points as 34th.

After the 2000/01 season , which he again finished 127th in the Continental Cup, he ended his international career.
