Jeruto Kiptum Kiptubi (born December 12, 1981 in Metkei , Keiyo District ) is a Kenyan middle-distance , long-distance and obstacle runner who won the bronze medal over 3000 meters obstacle at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005 .
