Jery ​​Luz Sandoval Sanabria (born December 18, 1986 in Barranquilla ), also known as just Jery , is a Colombian film actress and singer . She is also known as a photo model .

Earlier years

Daughter of a musician, Jery started playing in the orchestra of her college at the age of 12 as well as singing in a group called "Notas y colores". Then she sang in another group with his cousin Luis, with which she also won some music competitions. Between 2000 and 2002 she made her first dance music record and wrote some songs such as "Te amo", "Como dejarte" and "Mi primer día sin tí". In 2001 she made her TV debut on the local channel Telebarranquilla.

With the RCN network

At the age of 16, Jery took part in a casting for the RCN company for the television game Al ritmo de tu corazon . The RCN employees kept it for one of their other projects, namely Los Reyes, a Colombian adaptation of the Argentine television game Los Roldan . There Jery was the leading actress (as Maria Reyes), and the series had a rating of 43.6% (almost the same as Yo soy Betty, la fea ).

In Mexico

After the Los Reyes success, Jery came to Mexico to appear in the television game Codigo postal (zip code). This made her the first Colombian woman who ever played in a production of the Mexican Televisa network. In Codigo postal she portrayed Maria Corona (until 2006) .

Music projects

In 2007 she came to Puerto Rico to work with the White Lion record producers . In early 2008 she moved to Miami to work with Universal Music and to study English at the university there.
