Jesús Castro Marte (born March 18, 1966 in Guerra , Dominican Republic ) is a Dominican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia en Higüey .

Life

Jesús Castro Marte received on 13 June 1995, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 1 July 2017 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Giufi and auxiliary bishop in Santo Domingo. The Archbishop of Santo Domingo, Francisco Ozoria Acosta , donated him and Faustino Burgos Brisman CM and Ramón Benito Ángeles Fernández episcopal ordination on August 26 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the bishop emeritus of Barahona , Rafael Leónidas Felipe y Núñez , and the bishop of Barahona, Andrés Napoleón Romero Cárdenas .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia en Higüey on May 30, 2020. The inauguration took place on July 28 of the same year.
