Jessi Lintl (born June 30, 1956 in Allentsteig , Lower Austria ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ , formerly Team Stronach ). Lintl was a member of the Austrian National Council from October 2013 to October 2019 .

Life

In 1980 Jessi Lintl graduated from a private school for advertising and sales. In 1986 she completed her studies in political science at the University of Vienna with a doctorate. Her dissertation dealt with the "Foreign Policy Decision-Making Process in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan 1946-1964". By 2002 she completed training as a systemic coach . As such, she then worked for individuals and managers. From 2008 she worked as a management consultant. Between August 2006 and October 2013 she was a partner in Linplan Holdinggesellschaft mbH. Between 2010 and 2012 she was a committee member of the professional association for management consulting and information technology of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce .

politics

Since November 24, 2010 she has been the deputy head of the first Viennese district, Innere Stadt , initially for the Austrian People's Party , later not tied to a club. On October 29, 2013 she moved to the Austrian National Council as a member of the Austrian National Council for the Stronach team. There she was secretary in the committee for labor and social affairs and a member of the foreign affairs committee. From January 2013 to July 2014 she was regional party leader of the Stronach Vienna team.

On August 11, 2015, it was announced that she was leaving the Stronach team but would remain as a non-attached member of the National Council. After four months as a non-attached, so-called wild MP, she switched to the FPÖ's parliamentary club on December 23, 2015. After the National Council election in 2019 , she left the National Council.
