Jheimy da Silva Carvalho , called Jheimy , (born August 6, 1988 in São Luís , Maranhão ) is a Brazilian football player . The right foot mainly plays in attack.

Career

Jheimy began his career at various lower-class clubs until he came to the Série A Club Atlético Mineiro from Belo Horizonte in 2010 . In the Copa Sudamericana 2010 he was allowed to play two games for Atlético. However, he was unable to assert himself decisively here and was loaned out again after just one season. Only in the 2012 season did he play first class again, otherwise he mostly played in the B series . From 2016 to 2017 he was active at Criciúma EC , which dismissed him in 2017 in the course of the ongoing competition. Jheimy then returned to league competitor Oeste FC , with whom he won the championship in the Série C in 2012 .

Jhmeiy's contracts also consisted of short-term engagements for only games in the state championships and then in championship or cup competitions. At the beginning of December 2019 he signed a contract with the EC São Bento .
