Joachim Dorenburg

Joachim Wilhelm Maximilian Otto Dorenburg (born January 27, 1915 in Salzwedel , † December 23, 1978 in Bonn ) was a German lawyer , state secretary and district administrator of the Segeberg district .

Life

Dorenburg was born the son of a court actuary, attended high school in Halberstadt and then studied law and economics in Halle , where he became a member of the Germania fraternity in 1933 . In 1937 he passed his legal traineeship and took part in the Second World War from 1939 to 1945 , most recently as captain of the reserve . In 1952 he passed his last state legal examination and entered the service of the State of Schleswig-Holstein , first as an assessor at the Eutin District Court , then he became a judge and public prosecutor and from 1953 worked in various functions, most recently as a government councilor in the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Interior . In 1959 he became district administrator of the Segeberg district and from there in 1966 was appointed representative of the state of Schleswig-Holstein to the federal government and state secretary. He was a member of the CDU and President of the Bund der Mitteldeutsche (BDM).
