Joachim Huth (lawyer)

Joachim Huth (born June 26, 1928 ; † October 7, 2018 ) was a German lawyer . From 1975 to 1993 he was an armed forces disciplinary attorney .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1948, Huth studied law until 1952 . He then went through the legal preparatory service. From 1956 to 1959 he was a judge and public prosecutor in Berlin.

In 1959 he joined the Federal Ministry of Defense (BMVg). From 1965 to 1969 he was a consultant for criminal procedural law and legal adviser matters (RB). After that he was civil law officer until 1975 , in particular responsible for the supervision of the judiciaries of the competent authorities in the defense department. From 1975 to 1993 he was a Bundeswehr disciplinary attorney (BwDA) at the Federal Administrative Court.
