Richard Alff (lawyer, 1943)

Richard Alff (born February 23, 1943 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

Alff studied law and passed the first and second state exams. He was a sub-department head in the Federal Ministry of Defense , from 1999 to 2002 a federal disciplinary attorney and from 2003 to 2008 President of the Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD).

Alff was also a commentator on the Soldiers Act , which is being edited today by Alexander Poretschkin and Ulrich Lucks .
