Joe Absolom
Joe Absolom (born December 16, 1978 in London ; born Joseph Absolom ) is a British actor .
Life and accomplishments
Absolom made his debut opposite Imelda Staunton and Saskia Reeves in the 1991 independent film comedy Antonia and Jane . His role in the television series EastEnders , which he played from 1997 to 2000, made him famous. For this role he won the TV Quick Award in 1999 and was nominated for the National Television Award . In 2000 he received the British Soap Award .
In the comedy film Dream (2001) Absolom took on one of the leading roles. In the horror film Long Time Dead (2002) he played one of the bigger roles alongside Lara Belmont , Melanie Gutteridge , Lukas Haas and Marsha Thomason ; He also played a bigger role in the action thriller Extreme Ops with Devon Sawa and Rufus Sewell from the same year.
