I Spit on Your Grave 2 is an American horror film that belongs to the rape 'n' revenge genre. It is a separate sequel to I Spit on Your Grave from 2010. Steven R. Monroe also directed this sequel. In 2015, I Spit on Your Grave 3 was another film in the series.

Katie works as a waitress in New York City and wants to start her modeling career. Her agent therefore advises her to add new photographs to her portfolio, as the previous photos seem too provincial. Since Katie cannot afford a professional photographer, she takes the contact details of a studio with her that offers free photographs.
The photographers ask Katie to take nude pictures of herself, which she denies and breaks off the shoot . A short time later, one of the Bulgarian photographers, Georgy, brings the photographs to Katie's apartment. She accepts this, but wants to get rid of Georgy as soon as possible. One night Georgy breaks into Katie's apartment and photographs her asleep. When Katie wakes up, she first tries to defend herself, whereupon Georgy rapes her. The neighbor hurried to help is murdered by Georgy with a knife in front of her.
Georgy then contacts the other two Bulgarians from the photo studio. Together they transfer Katie to Sofia after being fed ketamine . There she wakes up in a basement, where she is raped again. Due to inattentiveness on the part of Georgy, Katie escapes the basement. Shortly afterwards she is picked up by the police. During the interrogation at the station, a woman joins them who promises to take care of everything else. However, this is in truth the mother of Georgy and Nicolai and cleverly brings Katie back to the basement.
In the basement, Katie is raped a third time with an electric baton by a paying stranger . The three kidnappers lock Katie in a box and want to bury her alive and kill her. However, the box breaks through the floor into the sewer and so Katie is freed.
Katie is slowly regaining her strength, partly with the help of a priest. When she stands in front of the US Embassy, however, she turns around and goes on a campaign of revenge. Katie traps Georgy in the snare trap at the beginning of the film and cuts him by rubbing dirt into them. Katie kills Nicolay in a disco toilet by drowning him in feces.
She goes to church to see the tormentor who raped her in the basement of the three Bulgarians with an electro-pulse weapon. When he sees Katie, he follows her into the basement of the church, which is connected to the sewer system. She overpowers him and ties him to a bed, where she brutally tortures him with electric shocks and ultimately kills him.
Next, Katie kidnaps Ana, who she previously brought back to the tormentors, and shows her the suffering Georgy, whose wounds have become infected, before she locks Ana in a box. Finally Katie takes Ivan under her control, ties him up and pulls out a nipple with pliers before she squeezes his testicles in a vice.
Before she can kill Ivan, Katie is found by the policeman who tried to help her beforehand. He's aiming a gun at her. Ivan manages to free his arms and starts strangling Katie. The policeman then points his gun at Ivan and instructs him to free Katie. Because he doesn't obey, the policeman pulls the trigger and kills Ivan with a shot in the head. Ana survives with severe trauma and is taken into custody. The last scene shows Katie walking to the US embassy.
