Johan Oremo (born October 24, 1986 in Söderhamn ) is a Swedish football player . The striker made his debut for the Swedish national team in 2008 .
Career
Oremo started playing football with Moheds SK . He came to Gefle IF in 2007 via the fifth division team Söderhamns FF . There he was able to prove his talent and was the club's top scorer with eleven goals in his first season in the Allsvenskan . Not least because of this accuracy, he made his debut in the Swedish U21 team on June 5, 2007. In January 2008, he was the occasion of an American tour for the first time in the squad of the senior team called and made his debut on January 13 at the 1: 0 victory over Costa Rica , as he, after 68 minutes for Rade Prica came off the bench. After he also knew how to shine as a goalscorer in his second first division season in the first games, he left Gefle IF in July.
On July 3rd, the eleven-time Swedish champion Djurgårdens IF announced Oremo's commitment. He signed a 4½-year contract with the traditional Stockholm club and received the shirt with the number 27. He immediately established himself in the regular formation at the Stockholm club. However, at the beginning of June 2009 he broke his foot and fell out for a long time after a subsequent operation. The healing process proved difficult, but after another operation in November he believed he would return to the football field soon. He started exercising again in December 2009 but injured his knee. In the following season he finally wavered between starting line-up and bench.
