Johann von Treutlein-Moerdes

Johann Treutlein-Moerdes , from 1909 Knight of Treutlein-Moerdes , (born July 12, 1858 in Würzburg , † September 25, 1916 in Munich ) was a German ministerial official in the Kingdom of Bavaria .

Life

Treutlein-Moerdes studied law at the Julius Maximilians University . In 1878 he became active with Arthur Thost and Carl Sick in the Corps Rhenania Würzburg . Legal intern since 1880, he passed the state examination in 1883. He became a public prosecutor at the District Court of Munich I and a district judge at the District Court of Munich . On January 1, 1891, he was called up to serve as the second public prosecutor in the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice . On February 15, 1894, he came to the Munich District Court I (until August 1, 1894, with continued use in the Ministry of Justice). As a public prosecutor with the rank and salary of a higher regional judge, he came to the higher regional court in Munich on February 1, 1899 . As an unskilled worker, he was given leave to work as a senior Reich attorney in Leipzig. Since May 31, 1900 Reich Attorney, he was on March 1, 1906 as senior government councilor (with the title and rank of Ministerialrat) in the State Ministry of Justice with use in the Federal Council (German Reich) . In this use, the Councilor (1 July 1906) and the Ministerial transported (17 December 1909), he was of Otto (Bayern) on 14 January 1909 as a Knight of Treutlein-Moerdes ennobled . He became Bavarian State Councilor on May 13, 1910, and was awarded the title of Excellence on January 1, 1913 . He was also appointed to the Permanent Court of Arbitration on January 17, 1914 . He died in office at the age of 58.
