Johanna Wolf (* 1841 in Pest , Empire of Austria under the name Rose Strauss) was the widow of one of Bavaria originating bookbinder and operates a precious brothel in Vienna .

Since 1865 she lived and worked in Vienna as a trader and manufacturer of white goods, i.e. laundry, but above all ran a very elegant brothel. In 1889 she moved out again.
