Johannes Kirchberg

Johannes Kirchberg (* 1973 in Leipzig ) is a German singer ( chanson ) and actor .

Life

Kirchberg was born in Leipzig in 1973 and grew up in the Saxon Vogtland . After graduating from high school, he began to study music at the Liszt School of Music in Weimar . After graduating in 1998, Johannes Kirchberg works as a chanson singer and music producer. Guest performances in France , Lithuania , Poland and especially in the German-speaking area have followed since then. In 2000 he founded the record label dermenschistgut Musik , where he produces young groups.

Theater ship

Kirchberg sang and played in the stage production of Solo Sunny at the Rostock Theater . Kirchberg has been a member of the theater ship DAS SCHIFF in Hamburg since 2011 and can currently be seen there in "besides doing it" and the Tucholsky revue "Ssälawih".

Johannes Kirchberg belongs to the Celle school .

Johannes Kirchberg was awarded the Ernst Bader Prize in Hamburg in 1997 and the Hanns Seidel Foundation's Prize for Young Songpoets in 2003. In 2005 he was a prize winner in the television show Songs on a Summer Evening (BR - Bayerisches Fernsehen ). In October 2009 Johannes Kirchberg won the troubadour - 1st prize in the Stuttgart Chanson and Lied Competition. In 2017 Johannes Kirchberg won 2nd place at the "Franconian Cabaret Prize" in Arnstein. Kirchberg's CD "Once free. And once happy." was awarded the quarterly prize of the German Record Critics 4/17.
