Johannes Mallow
Johannes Mallow (* 7. June 1981 in Brandenburg ) is a German memory trainer and memory athletes , the 2012 and 2018 World Memory Champion was.
Life
Mallow studied communication technology at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg , where he was a research assistant at the medical faculty . In 2016 he successfully completed his doctorate as Dr.-Ing. at the University of Duisburg-Essen . Furthermore, he works as a freelance coach for mnemonics and works as a scientific author.
Like many memory athletes, he uses the loci method . Within the memory sport he uses 1000 pictures for numbers as a single system, whereby each combination of three numbers stands for one picture.
