Johannes Meinhold
Johannes Meinhold (born August 12, 1861 in Cammin , Pomerania ; † May 26, 1937 in Bonn ) was a German Protestant theologian .
His father was the Lutheran theologian and superintendent of Cammin Karl Meinhold . During his studies Meinhold became a member of the Association of German Students in Greifswald . On October 1, 1889, Meinhold became an associate professor for the Old Testament at the University of Bonn . In 1922 he became a full professor. In 1926/27 he was rector of the University of Bonn. He retired on September 10, 1929.
