Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz (born April 5, 1995 ) has been a German e-athlete who has been active in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive discipline since 2012 . He is currently under contract with Berlin International Gaming .

Career

In 2012 Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz played his first season of the ESL Championship in Counter-Strike for the team "Germany's sick horde". With the next EPS season, the Electronic Sports League switched to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Wodarz switched to dotpiXels.

He first became famous in 2014 when he spent 15 months at mousesports . From May 2015 he played for Penta Sports , but there were no major successes with this team for the time being. August 2016 he switched to his former teammates Fatih "gob b" Dayik and Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninić in the North American organization NRG Esports, under whose banner tabseN took part in the first season of the Eleague .

In January 2017, together with Dayik and Ninić, he founded the German multigaming organization Berlin International Gaming, which quickly became the best German Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Team in Germany. Under BIG tabseN achieved its first international successes, including three major quarter-finals. He is also one of the first German players to secure entry into the Lanxess Arena in the largest German Counter-Strike event, ESL One Cologne , and to make it to the final in 2018. In 2019 he took over the role of in-game leader from Fatih Dayik in the BIG roster due to the end of his career.

From the scene website 99damage.de he received the Best German Player 2019 award .
