John Bentley (soccer player)
John Bentley (born June 1860 in Chapeltown , Lancashire, † September 1918 ) was an English football player , coach and manager.
Career
Bentley joined Manchester United in 1912 after playing for Turton FC from 1878 to 1885 after J. Ernest Mangnall joined Manchester City . There are no titles in his time. Bentley was replaced by Jack Robson in 1914.
