Nino Fuscagni

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nino Fuscagni (actually Serafino Fuscagni ; born September 12, 1937 in Città di Castello ; † July 19, 2018 in Rome ) was an Italian actor .

Life

Fuscagni graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia , which he successfully completed in 1960. There followed supporting roles as a teenager, student or unhappily in love, for which his good looks and confident, natural demeanor in front of the camera predestined him. However, he could never leave the status of promising actor; In mostly smaller, tightly budgeted genre films, he also played under pseudonyms such as Juri McFee , John Drake and Ray Scott . After the mid-1970s, Fuscagni, who had previously appeared in some television productions, focused on stage engagements that he had accepted since the beginning of his career. From 1991 he was regularly seen in successful television productions, more and more under his birth name.
