John Griesemer
John Griesemer (born December 5, 1947 in Elizabeth , New Jersey ) is an American journalist, author and actor. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Faith Catlin, and two children . He became known to the general public through his novel Rausch .
Life
John Griesemer first worked as a journalist for local newspapers before accidentally coming into contact with acting. After moving to New York in 1977, he studied acting with Robert Lewis . Griesemer is u. a. seen in the films Malcom X , Days of Thunder and Witch Hunt . In parallel to his work as an actor, he wrote short stories and novels. In 2000 appeared in the United States , his first novel No One Thinks of Greenland (dt. No one thinks of Greenland ), who as 2005 Guy X was filmed. His novel Signal and Noise (dt. Noise ), which deals with the history of the laying of the transatlantic cable busy for weeks was represented in the bestseller lists.
