John Richard McNamara ( September 4, 1927 - April 16, 2001 ) was auxiliary bishop in Boston .
Life
John Richard McNamara received on 10 January 1952, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
April 14, 1992 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Risinium and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, Bernard Francis Cardinal Law , donated him episcopal ordination on May 21 of the same year ; Co - consecrators were the auxiliary bishop in the United States military ordinariate , John Joseph Glynn , and the bishop of Fort Wayne-South Bend , John Michael D'Arcy .
On October 12, 1999, John Richard McNamara resigned as auxiliary bishop in Boston.
