Jon Turteltaub
Jonathan Charles Turteltaub (born August 8, 1963 in New York City ) is an American film director and television and film producer .
Turteltaub is the son of film producer Saul Turteltaub , graduated from Wesleyan University and directs different genres such as drama , romantic comedy and action film . He is a member of Scientology .
Turteltaub made his debut as a director with the comedy Highway Chaoten in 1990. First, several more comedies followed, from Phenomenon - The Impossible Comes True (1996), he also devoted himself to other genres. From the end of the 1990s, Turteltaub also turned to film production. As an executive producer, he was also involved in the television series Jericho - The Attack (2006-2008), Harper's Island (2009) and Common Law (2012). He also directed some of the episodes of this series.
