Jonas Warrer (born March 22, 1979 in Aarhus ) is a Danish sailor .

Jonas Warrer took part in the 2008 Olympic Games with Martin Kirketerp in the 49er dinghy and finished the competition in first place in front of the Spanish and German boats. With 61 points they became Olympic champions , three points ahead of the Spaniards. Although they did not win any of the 13 races of the regatta, they finished eight of them among the best four boats. In 2016 he missed another medal win in the 49er with Christian Peter Lübeck in Rio de Janeiro in fourth place. Two years earlier he was runner-up in the 49er world championship with Anders Thomsen in Santander behind Peter Burling and Blair Tuke .
