Jonas Winner

Jonas Winner (* 1966 in Berlin ) is a German journalist , screenwriter and writer .

Winner grew up in Berlin and Rome . After a six-month stay in the USA, he started studying philosophy in Berlin and graduated in 1993 after another stay abroad in Paris . Winner started working for television; Among other things, he worked as a reporter and editor in the culture department of ZDF . In 1996 he was in philosophy with a thesis on the game theory doctorate . He then returned to television, shot documentaries and reports for public broadcasters and, with three friends, founded the label plotpower for the development of material and scripts.

In addition to his work as a reporter, Jonas Winner began writing screenplays for thrillers and crime novels in 2000 , which were broadcast by ZDF, ARD and Sat.1 , among others . In 2011, David's last film, the psychological thriller, was his first book. His seven-part thriller series Berlin Gothic was first published in 2011 by his own publishing house Berlin Gothic Media as an e-book , before it was published in 2013 in print.

Winner lives in Berlin.
