Jonathan Beaulieu-Bourgault (born September 27, 1988 in Montreal ) is a Canadian football player .
Career
societies
Bourgault is a French-Canadian . He took part in the Junior World Championships in 2005 and 2007 with the national team of his country of birth . He was under contract with FC St. Pauli from January 2006 to May 2010 , for which he played four regional league appearances in the 2006/07 season and with whom he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga at the end of the season. His first appearance in the 2nd Bundesliga took place on September 14th in the home game St. Paulis against Kickers Offenbach . For the 2008/09 season he was awarded to the regional league club SV Wilhelmshaven . In the 2009/10 season he played again for FC St. Pauli. After the end of the season, the Canadian left FC St. Pauli zu Preußen Münster in the Regionalliga West in 2010 . He signed a contract there until 2011; his contract was extended to 2012 through promotion to the 3rd division.
National team
On November 14, 2009, the then 21-year-old made his senior national team debut when he came on for Julián de Guzmán in a 3-0 defeat by Macedonia in the 81st minute . In his second international match in Ukraine on October 8, 2010, he played from the start and was replaced after 68 minutes for Nikolas Ledgerwood .
