Jone Lopes Pedro

Jone Lopes Pedro (born May 28, 1990 in Luanda ) is a German - Angolan basketball player who also has Portuguese citizenship.

Life

The 2.08-meter-tall wing and inside player was born in Angola , lived as a child in Portugal and the Netherlands and from the age of six in Aachen . He first played football and table tennis , at the age of 14 he began playing basketball, the sport in which his father Adriano was an Angolan national player. At the age of 17, Lopes Pedro stopped playing basketball and took a two-year break.

In October 2012, Lopes Pedro took on German citizenship, but he also kept Portuguese. In March 2019 he moved to the Portuguese first division club Galitos Barreiro.
