Jordy Anglés (born November 10, 1992 in Gap , France ) is a Spanish - French ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Massilia Hockey Club in the French Division II , the third highest division in the country, since 2015 .

Career

Jordy Anglés began his career as an ice hockey player at Gap Hockey Club from his French hometown Gap , for whom he made his debut in the Ligue Magnus in the 2009/10 season after appearances in various youth teams . After a year in Switzerland, where he played in the U20s of the Genève-Servette HC , he moved to Spain in 2011 and played there for one year each for the CH Jaca and CH Gasteiz in the super league . With both clubs he was able to win the Spanish championship title. In 2013 he returned to his native France and joined the Association des Sports de Glisse d'Angers , with which he won the French Cup in 2014 . Since he was there as little as with the Ligue Magnus competitor Étoile Noire de Strasbourg , for whom he played the following year, came out on the status of a supplementary player, he joined the Massilia Hockey Club in 2015 from the third division Division 2 .

International

For Spain , the Spanish-French dual national Anglés took part in the 2015 World Cup in Division II for the first time. He also represented the Iberians in the Olympic qualification for the 2018 Winter Games in Pyeongchang .
