José Luis Garcia (born March 17, 1966 in Paris ) is a French - Spanish actor .

Life

José Garcia's parents come from Galicia . He is married to the actress and director Isabelle Doval and has two children with her.

After his first television roles in 1988, he made his cinema debut in 1989 and developed into a sought-after actor, especially in “bitter comedies”.

He was awarded the César twice.
