Josef Heinen (born April 11, 1929 in Grefrath ; † December 20, 1988 there ) was a German sprinter .

biography

After Heinen won the silver medal at the German Championships in 1950 and 1951 with the 4 x 100 meter relay , he was allowed to compete in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki . However, the season was eliminated in advance.

His brother Egon was a javelin thrower.
