Josef Hierl

Josef Hierl (born August 17, 1942 in Litzlohe , today Pilsach ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Hierl, who grew up on his parents' farm in Litzlohe, attended elementary school there, passed his Abitur and studied education at the University of Eichstätt and law in Erlangen . He was a trainee lawyer in Nuremberg , passed the state examination, and was then from 1960 to 1973 as a legal advisor at Max Bögl . In 1973 he started as an independent lawyer in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz . He is a doctoral student at the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg .

Hierl joined the CSU and the Junge Union in 1961. At both associations he was chairman of the Neumarkt district association in the Upper Palatinate . He belonged to the district council and from 1974 to 1978 the Bavarian state parliament .
