Josef Jandrasits

Josef Jandrasits (born August 19, 1898 in Güssing , Burgenland ; † May 22, 1951 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ).

Life

Josef Jandrasits enjoyed a simple school education who learned to be a baker after finishing elementary school . He later earned his living as a farmer , which is why he was elected to the district council of Güssing from 1935 to 1938 .

Jandrasits held his first political mandate in the period from 1930 to 1938, when he was a member of the municipal council of Güssing. In December 1945 he moved to Vienna as a member of the Federal Council . In the provincial chamber he represented the interests of Burgenland until April 1947.
