Josef Kokesch

Josef Kokesch (born August 3, 1946 ) is a former German soccer player . The defender played a total of 178 league games from 1966 to 1972 at VfR Neuss in what was then the second -rate regional football league West .

career

Kokesch, who moved from the youth of Holzheimer SG from 1920 (HSG) to the stadium on Hammer Landstrasse on September 24, 1965, celebrated the Lower Rhine Championship with VfR in the 1965/66 game under coach Willi Koll as a 20-year-old and after the successful promotion round against the hammer SpVg , SSV Hagen and Bonner SCalso the promotion to the Regionalliga West.
