Josef Müller (born September 25, 1955 in Fürstenfeldbruck ) is a German tax advisor , author , speaker and was Panamanian honorary consul in Germany . In addition, Müller acted as ambassador for the Central African Republic in Monaco .

biography

Josef Müller was born the only son of a detective and an operation nurse. He grew up in normal middle-class circumstances. He suffered a serious car accident at the age of 18 and has since been paralyzed and has to rely on a wheelchair. At the age of 20 he opened his first tax office. He later ran four tax consultancy firms with a total of 50 employees, as well as a car rental and new car sales for German luxury vehicles. Müller also acted as an asset manager, property developer and real estate agent. In 1990, Müller was appointed honorary consul by the then President of Panama, Guillermo Endara Galimany . In the 1990s he was in high society as a brilliant investment and tax advisors, the tax on a large scale by legal methods at Treasury past smuggled and scored with speculative investment strategies for its clients high returns. At its peak, Müller's businesses drifted into illegality. He became a money launderer for American drug barons, embezzling the money of his wealthy clients, a total of 7.5 million euros. An American drug dealer he cheated 40 million US dollars . In 1994 Müller was sentenced to four and a half years in prison, among other things for tax evasion. However, he did not have to go to custody, as he was given exemption from custody due to his walking disability. In 2005, after months of searching by the FBI and European detectives, Müller was arrested in the Vienna Hotel Le Meridien . He was convicted of serious fraud by the Munich Regional Court I and served a five-and-a-half year prison sentence in the Stadelheim prison and the Landberg am Lech correctional facility from 2007 . During his imprisonment, Müller studied theology . After his imprisonment he started working as a writer and speaker.
