Josef Neumann (athlete)
Josef Neumann (born March 18, 1911 , † April 8, 1994 in Rorschach ) was a Swiss javelin thrower and decathlete .
In 1936 he was eliminated in qualification in the javelin throw at the Olympic Games in Berlin.
At the European Athletics Championships he won bronze in the decathlon in Paris in 1938 and was sixth in the javelin throw in Oslo in 1946 .
