Joseph Albert Rosario
Joseph Albert Rosario MSFS (born May 30, 1915 in Nagpur , Maharashtra , India , † July 31, 2011 ) was the Roman Catholic Bishop of Amravati .
Life
Joseph Albert Rosario joined the Order of Missionaries of St. Francis of Sales and was ordained a priest on September 29, 1944 .
1955 he was by Pope Pius XII. appointed first bishop of the Diocese of Amravati . He was the council father of all four sessions of the Second Vatican Council .
His resignation was granted in 1995 by Pope John Paul II .
