Joseph Gaudentius Anderson

Joseph Gaudentius Anderson (born September 30, 1865 in Boston , USA , † July 2, 1927 ) was an American clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Boston .

Life

Joseph Gaudentius Anderson received on 20 May 1892, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On April 29, 1909 appointed him Pope Pius X to the titular bishop of Myrina and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, William Henry O'Connell , donated him episcopal ordination on July 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Manchester , George Albert Guertin , and the Bishop of Fall River , Daniel Francis Feehan .
